Information used for your account

If you create an account, the trainer stores the information you enter, such as your first name, call sign, recovery email, region, country, saved training progress, scores, badges, and settings. Passwords are stored as secure password hashes, not as readable passwords.

Community activity

Community activity is anonymous by default. If you choose to share details, the trainer may show the name, call sign, and location details you chose in community updates. You can keep those details private.

Email

Your recovery email is used only for account recovery and service-related messages you request. The trainer does not sell your personal information or use it for advertising.

Technical information

The trainer does not use IP addresses to identify learners. The hosting and email providers may process limited technical request information as needed to operate, secure, and deliver the service.

Your choices

You can update account settings, sign out, or request deletion of your learner record through the trainer administrator. If you have questions about privacy, contact the site operator.
